President Obama's Climate Czar

when asked about the emails indicating that scientists have been hoodwinking us about global warming:
"I'm sticking with the 2,500 scientists. These people have been studying this issue for a very long time and agree this problem is real," said Ms. Browner.
Yes, Ms. Browner, they have been studying the issue a long time, using data supplied by those scientists who have been intent on misleading the world about climate change for a long, long time.
About as cogent as President Obama vowing to reduce carbon emissions to save the world.
Since when is science ruled by consensus?

  1. Actaully the "2,500 scientists" were not scientists at all, or at least not climatologists. They were mostly bureaucrats. The UN IPCC was not a scientific body, it was a bureaucratic one.
