Iran's Snub

Iran is now planning ten new uranium enrichment plants, defiantly going against the United States, US allies, the International Atomic Energy Agency, and the United Nations.
This occurs just weeks after Iran was discovered to have a secret uranium enrichment plant in Qom, Iran.
And just after Iran's meeting with Britain, France, Russian, Germany and China in Geneva, where these major world powers were supposed to have Iran call a halt to its nuclear program (or at least set up some ground rules). It was not successful.
President Obama has promised to negotiate with Iran and offer a "hand of friendship", and thus bring about a diplomatic solution to this fiasco.
Iran's response to the "hand of friendship"? Rejection and ridicule.
Another unsuccessful move.
President Obama now wishes to continue to talk with other countries about what to do next. He sought to get China's help in censoring Iran, to no avail. The next meeting is set for Brussels, but officials don't expect any decisions or actions against Iran.
Are we planning another unsuccessful tactic?
