Enough of bad manners!
Someone needs a slap on the wrist. Who in the world is advising our President on his manners?
Not only once, but twice!! bowing to another head of state.
It's simply not done.
Neither does one touch the Queen of England.
Nor does one hand out inane, cheap gifts to foreign heads of state. The Queen doesn't want your speeches on an IPod--she possibly doesn't even want an IPod. The Prime Minister doesn't want 25 movie DVDs that won't even play on English DVD players. One doesn't NOT have time for PM either. Nor does one NOT have time, with every other democratic head of state, to attend a major function celebrating the fall of the Berlin Wall.
One shouldn't miff every single ally in the world that one has.
