The chief of Congressional Budget Office (remember, it's set up to be non-partisan) contradicted the White House's statement that health care reform would not cut Medicare.
President Obama plans will cut Medicare Advantage programs, as part of its half-a-trillion cuts in the overall Medicare program.
"Nobody is talking about cutting Medicare benefits," Obama said in July.
Perhaps he should read the bills being proposed in Congress. Unlike Senator Carper.
