Results of the Economic Stimulus Spending

Let's see how well the Stimulus Spending is working!

Right about 16 billion dollars has been awarded to contractors to create new jobs.
The federal government states that right at 30,000 jobs have been created/saved. From the government website:
Well, quickly doing a bit of math---
Using the 16 billion dollar figure, that's $533,000 Per Job!
Closer to home (for me, the DFW area), let's look at the results:
A local peanut butter factory received $890,000 dollars.
Jobs created/saved? Eight.
But it is creamy peanut butter, if that helps.
Lockheed-Martin got over 4 and a half million dollars.
Jobs created? 2.2 (I'm not sure how you get 0.2 of a job, but that's what is reported).
Another industry received over 434,000 dollars.
Jobs created? Zero--nothing.
Just to let you know how your tax dollars are working!!!!
Or not.
P.S. Don't forget Vice-President Biden's past assurances of 500,000 or 750,000 or 1 million jobs created/saved. Maybe some got lost somewhere?
