A brand spanking-new missile was test fired yesterday in Iran.
This new missile is capable of hitting Israel and parts of Europe (including US bases) and is faster and more advanced than previous rockets.
This new missile could have been stopped by the very missile shield that President Obama shut down earlier this year. This missile shield had been promised to our allies in the Czech Republic and Poland.
The Iranian Defense Minister states that the rocket is a "strong deterrent" to against foreign attack, such as a strike against Iran's nuclear sites.
The U.S. and its allies believe that Iran is developing nuclear arms and has warned Iran to quit it. United Nations talks have gone nowhere, basically.
Stand-off, anyone?
