Sestak: What's Up Here?

Representative Joe Sestak has stated at least 3 times that the White House offered him "a job" if he would drop out of the Senate race against Senator Arlen Specter.
Of course, Rep. Sestak did not accept the offer and last week won the primary against Specter.
The White House denies the allegation; in fact, today President Obama asserted that nothing "improper" happened and that a statement would be issued soon. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/05/27/obama-improper-alleged-sestak-job-offer-official-explanation-come/
And Mr. Gibbs, White House press secretary, assured reporters that White House lawyers have looked into the allegations and have found nothing "innappropriate".

Why is this important?
Well, this could amount to three felony charges of bribery.
As Representative Issa (R-CA), on the Oversight and Reform Committee, said, "If he's (Sestak) telling the truth, an investigation must take place and justice must be served. If he's lying, then he should immediately resign the race for Senate."
