Freedom of speech?

The ACLU has accused Pace High School officials in Florida of violating the First Amendment of the Constitution by allowing prayer at high school events, speaking about their Christian faith, and allowing separate religious events for students.
The ACLU has successfully barred prayers from all school events, disallowed any school events from being held in churches (if other facilities are available), and blocked school employees from talking about their faith.
The ACLU has also barred the senior class president from speaking at graduation on the suspicion that Mary Allen, a Christian, might say something of a religious nature.

Oh, my. What happened to freedom of speech? Or being "not guilty" until proven otherwise? Wait a moment--she didn't even have the chance to "perhaps" say something!
