The guy who overturned a death sentence because the man's sexual sadism was a "Mitigating Factor"?
Well, he passed through the Senate Judiciary Committee with all Democrats voting for Judge Chatigny and his leniency toward sexual offenders (this judge has also repeatedly given sex offenders minimum or even Less-than-Minimal sentences). He is nominated for the US Second Court of Appeals.
Now this judge and his abhorrent practices will be voted on by the entire Senate.
Write your Senator today in opposition to this nomination.
