Concerning the Executive Order against government funded abortion that was promised to Representative Stupak: "A White House official told Fox, Obama will not sign the Executive Order Tuesday and has set no specific date to do so."
Not to mention the teensy, weensy constitutional problem that the President, as the Executive Branch of the federal government, cannot legislate from his office.
